Team RangeLog Cleans Up at the 2013 New York State Action Rifle Two Gun Championship

Glen Aubry, NY - Team RangeLog shooters Keith Bourgeois and Beep Kielkowicz finished 1st and 2nd, respectively, at the 2013 New York State Action Rifle Two Gun Championship adding yet another title to Team RangeLog's 2013 Shooting Season.

The match, held May 4th-5th, hosted 83 shooters over 7 courses of fire. Team RangeLog's Keith Bourgeois finished the match as the Tactical Multi Gun Division Champion. Keith had an impressive showing winning 4 of 7 stages. Team RangeLog's Beep Kielkowicz finshed behind Keith taking 2nd place for the match. Keith, regarding his gear, went on to say "A special thanks to Vertex and Safariland for their quality gear which made this win possible."

This match took place in the state of New York which has recently had substantial anti-gun laws enacted. When asked about the impact of the new laws on the match Keith responded, "The match was a real challenge because, unfortunately, being in NY we were only allowed 10 rounds in our magazines at any given time. That meant a lot of rifle and pistol reloading! This affected the way in which we had to break down stages and plan movement so you didn't run dry flat footed."
