DURHAM, N.H. -- The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's Northern Shrimp Section will meet via conference call on Friday, March 8, 2013, at 10 a.m. to review preliminary landings data and catch composition. The Section will consider modifying the number of landing days in fishery, as well as the timing of the fishery's closure.
The public is welcome to listen in on the discussion by phone (call 888-394-8197; passcode is 815277). The Section Chair will provide additional information on the procedures for accepting public comment at the beginning of the conference call. Time permitting, there will be a limited opportunity to provide comments at the end of the agenda. The public and other nonparticipating attendees are asked to please mute their phones in order to minimize distractions to the Section's deliberations.
