The Western Allegheny Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) will host its 22nd Annual Sportsmen's Banquet on Friday, February 1, 2013 at the Ramada Hotel and Conference Center, Route 30, 100 Sheraton Drive, Greensburg, PA, beginning with a reception party at 5:30 p.m. Dinner at 7:30 p.m.
According to Lisa Rossi, individual membership and dinner tickets are $65. There is also an optional family membership package for $120 which includes two dinners. Additional family dinners are available at $50 each, along with, $25 youth tickets. Banquet, Conservation, Sustaining and Gold sponsorship packages are also available at $300, $550, $1,100 and $2,650 respectively.
And, in the spirit of the outdoors, youngsters under the age of 16 who recently took and passed a hunter education course and/or women who have participated in a recent Outdoors Women program, and can verify same; will receive a complimentary dinner ticket and 1-year RGS membership when accompanied by a paying adult.
As is the custom at this fundraiser, the event will feature live and silent auctions, games, drawings and door prizes; highlighted with the finest selection of quality firearms, artwork and collectable's.

As with all RGS fundraisers, proceeds from this event will be used to restore and protect grouse and woodcock habitat.
