Our Northeast Region includes; New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the operational success and profitability of the Sales & Brokerage Departments within their assigned Region. The Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for supervising, training and forming the best sales team in the industry. The Regional Sales Manager must also maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and profits, and instill the company's mission and values in each team member.
