Intrepid Outdoors Looks to Score Twice on Midwest Monster Bucks

DEVILS TOWER, WY - Intrepid Outdoors Executive Producer and Co-Host Mike Schmid just experienced one of the best bow hunts of his life in Iowa, taking his biggest buck to date in the Hawkeye State. Now, he's behind the wheel with Producer Bob Lott, who also just enjoyed an incredible hunt in Missouri, and with the weather rainy and warm, they aim their truck for where the weather is right-Kansas!

With a forecast calling for 23 degree temps the next morning, the two drive all night through a blizzard and ultimately meet up with cameraman Shawn Bare and Mike's brother, Jim Schmid, for a hunt on their Kansas lease where plenty of big bucks roam. The hunters barely have enough time to grab a cup of coffee before Mike, with Bob videoing, hits the stand. It isn't long before he's calling and rattling to a rut-crazed 150-class 10-point. Watch to see if Mike can pull of the ultimate Midwest double.
