Brunswick Boat Group Announces Organizational, Personnel Changes
Brunswick Boat Group and the Sea Ray Group recently announced organizational changes as the company seeks to focus their message across brands.

Brad Anderson will lead marketing and planning for the Sea Ray, Meridian, Bayliner and Trophy brands.
Gary Zimmer assumed the interim role of vice president of operations for the Recreational Boat Group, which has now been made permanent.

As a result of the moves, Sea Ray vice president of marketing Rob Noyes and Sea Ray vice president of sales Dwight Cobble will be leaving the organization.

Anderson has spent the last 11 years with Brunswick, most recently as president of Harris FloteBote and Cypress Cay, Brunswick's pontoon business based in Fort Wayne, Ind. He accepted the pontoon role in late 2009 and has doubled sales in the past two years while delivering improved operating earnings annually.

Zimmer will oversee Brunswick's five North American boat plants, support operations in Dandridge, Tennessee, where Bayliner is based, and focus on quality systems and environmental health and safety activities. He also will help continue the execution of business improvement plans now under way across the group.
