Mr. Anshakov's responsibilities at Hard Core will be overseeing the company's sourcing and purchasing strategies for E-Commerce, Retail and Wholesale. As one of Hard Core's head executives, Anshakov will develop and implement corporate merchandising plans while managing gross margins, availability and inventory turns.

In 1994, Anshakov received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Physics from the University of Wisconsin. He got his Retail career start in 1994 at Circuit City. Igor was promoted over the years. These promotions eventually landed him the National Buyer position with Circuit City Stores, Inc. In 2003 Igor joined OfficeMax, Inc. as the Senior Category Manager. In 2008 he was named Vice President of Merchandising and held that position until recently joining Hard Core.
