Cabela's Ladies' Day Out Set for October 6

SIDNEY, NE- Cabela's, the World's Foremost Outfitter of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear, will host a free Ladies' Day Out on Saturday, October 6, 2012 with a focus on the growing population of women enjoying guns and the outdoors. This half-day event will feature hands-on seminars, product experts, giveaways, sweepstakes, and free samples. The first 100 women at each retail store will receive a free gift and every woman who participates will be given a coupon to shop this one day only, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, at employee pricing.

With more than five million women participating in shooting sports, an increase of 46 percent since 2001*, this growing demographic will enjoy classes ranging from Handguns and Heels, An Introduction to Personal Firearms to How to Carry Concealed Discreetly. For those looking to expand their knowledge in other areas, seminars will span from Dutch Oven Desserts toBlackened, Breaded or Fried, An Introduction to Serving Fish to Your Family. All classes will be taught by local experts and are all free of charge.
