Please carefully follow the guidelines for the Timber Hawk story contest. All materials must be submitted electronically. The deadline for all entries is October 20, 2012. Entries sent after Oct. 20 will not be read. After pouring your soul into a masterpiece no longer than 1,500 words send it, IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL, to info@timberhawk.com And please put the word STORY in the subject line.
Please ATTACH NO MORE THAN THREE PHOTOS, and AT LEAST ONE. We want good images! Well-composed, in-focus, tasteful. They don't have to be any bigger than 800×800 pixels and it would be great if they weren't. Also, please check your work for spelling, punctuation overused cliches etc. All winning entries will appear on the Timber Hawk blog, and will feature the author's bio and photo. Winning contributors can also include multiple links in the stories to their own website or website of their choice. By entering this contest, you are effectively giving Timber Hawk the right to post your material on our website, whether or not it is a winning entry. Please submit only stories and photos written and taken by YOU, and we prefer original material that has not been published on another website. Thanks, and good luck!
