National Fish Habitat Partnership Launches Redesigned FishHabitat.Org
(Washington, DC) - The National Fish Habitat Partnership launched a redesigned website in an effort to build a community of support for fish habitat conservation nationwide. The new design will offer a more user-friendly format and convenient page navigability along with enhanced mapping features through a new content management system. The site also offers a more convenient sign-up for our Partner Coalition which will give you enhanced access to the page, as well as a subscription to our newsletter.
Enhancements to the website include:
• Clean User Interface - allows visitors to utilize features in depth.
• New Features - front rotating navigable photos and feature stories. Easy to navigate Partnership tabs. Enhanced mapping features for Waters to Watch pages. A Scoop.it! fish habitat news related page.
• Improved capabilities - Increased ability to audio, video and presentation files to the site.
The site was specifically designed to better incorporate our National Fish Habitat Partnerships and set the foundation for sub-sites to enhance standardization of the National Fish Habitat Partnership.
