Genesis Technologies Announces Partnership with "Turtleman" Ernie Brown Jr.
LEXINGTON, NC -Genesis Pattern Technologies LLC (GPT) today announced a partnership with adventurer and animal rescuer, Ernie Brown Jr., host of Call of the Wildman on ANIMAL PLANET. The agreement includes the design and debut of two new "Turtleflage" camouflage patterns under the KLOAK™ Konsealment™ brand.

"This is truly a magnificent partnership opportunity for Genesis and KLOAK," said Steve Regan, CEO of Genesis Pattern Technologies. "Ernie's tremendous popularity and on-screen presence will bode well for the signature patterns we're developing together." The new boys and girls "Turtleflage" patterns are based on cryptic colors from natural turtles.

Ernie Brown Jr. has established himself as one of the most sought-after wildlife rescue and relocation experts in North America. The native Kentuckian has been diving into murky ponds in search of snapping turtles for nearly 40 years, catching his first when he was just a seven-year-old after learning the risky technique from his father and uncle. "Turtleman" catches an average of 300 turtles a year, landing about 12,000 since starting his career as an animal rescuer. He recently offered a sneak preview of the new "Turtleflage" patterns during a recent taping of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

"Partnering with Genesis and working with KLOAK Founder Steve Johnson to develop the 'Turtleflage' is exciting for me as it affords an opportunity to expand the presence of Turtleman," says Ernie Brown Jr. "These new patterns are incredible and effectively capture the essence of the 'Turtleman' persona. I'm very proud of the association."

Genesis Pattern Technologies strives to become the international leader in the development of camouflage patterns, as well as the development, marketing and production of other outdoors products and technologies for sale to outdoor enthusiasts.

KLOAK patterns are based upon mimicry patterning and cryptic colorations found in the natural world. The new KLOAK "Turtleman" patterns will be unveiled at the Nashville Land and Wildlife Expo, August 9-11, 2012 at Gaylord Opryland, Nashville, TN. Ernie Brown Jr. and Call of the Wildman co-host Neal James will be at the KLOAK booth August 10-11 for autographs and photos.
