OKLAHOMA CITY - The Seventh Annual Central Oklahoma 89er Chapter of Quail Forever fundraising banquet will be held at the Sportsman's Country Club on Saturday evening August 25, 2012 starting at 6:00 pm. Quail Forever, a non-profit habitat conservation organization, was founded in 2005 in response to the continuing decline of quail populations locally and throughout their natural range, working hand in with ODWC and OSU research biologists. (note: part of Pheasants Forever established in 1982)
Becoming a Quail Forever member and attending the fundraising banquet is for the quail hunter and upland bird conservationist who wants to make a difference for quail and local wildlife because Quail Forever operates under the very unique model of empowering its local chapters with the responsibility of determining how 100% of its locally-raised conservation funds are spent within the state. Early Bird pricing for Membership dinner tickets are $55 which includes a great dinner, a year's membership and subscription to the Quail Forever Journal and Quail Forever decal. Chapter Sponsorships are available for as little as $250 as well as Corporate Sponsorships, which include membership, dinner tickets along with event recognition, promotional opportunities via website and email depending upon the level of sponsorship.
