Summit Lake SP to host the Drum of the Miami Nation
A daylong celebration of Native American culture at Summit Lake State Park on July 21 will culminate with a traditional drum concert by the Drum of the Miami Nation.
The concert starts at 8 p.m. at the naturalist campfire ring in the campground. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and coolers.
The concert is part of Summit Lake's annual Native American Weekend.
There is no fee for the concert or the day's events.
The standard entrance fee of $5 per in-state vehicle or $7 per out-of-state vehicle will be charged.
