USPSA Executive Director to Retire
BURLINGTON, Wash. - The United States Practical Shooting Association's Board of Directors has announced that USPSA Executive Director Dave Thomas will retire effective December 31, 2012.

In the public announcement posted to the USPSA web site, Thomas said, "It has been my distinct privilege and honor to have served this association for the past nearly 17 years. I thank you all for your support and good wishes."

USPSA has seen significant growth in membership and activity during Thomas's tenure. Practical shooting is featured in a number of television programs such as Top Shots, Hot Shots, and Shooting USA.
