RGS to host Champion Sporting Clays Shoot and Fundraiser Dinner

The Nutmeg Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) will host a Sporting Clays Shoot and Benefit Dinner at the Bristol Fish and game Club, 700 Beecher Road, Wolcott CT on Saturday, June 9, 2012, beginning with registration at 8 a.m. Shoot starts at 10 a.m.

According to Bob Smith, registration for this 100 target, 15 station shoot is $100 per shooter prior to May 31st ($110 after), or $370 per four-man squad ($400 after May 31st). Along with targets, each entry fee includes a Continental breakfast, dinner and shooting gift. Station and Gold Cup sponsorship packages are also available for $500 and $1,000 respectively.

Scoring will be judged on the Lewis Class system with trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in High Overall, Youth, Ladies, Veteran, Sub-Gauge and Four-Person Team Champions
