RGS to host a gun dog training seminar in Alden
The North West Michigan Chapters (Traverse City, Petoskey and Cadillac) of the Ruffed Grouse Society will present a Gun Dog Training Seminar, at the MacMaster Farm, 10068 Cemetery Road, Alden, MI on Saturday, June 9, 2012, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

According to Fritz Heller, foremost bird dog trainers Justin McGrail of Black Creek Dog Training Center and Bruce Minard of HiFive Kennels will center on grooming pointing and flushing breeds for grouse hunting. Registration is $100 per participant with a dog (limited to 20) and $50 without (limited to 30). Participants must be an RGS member, and on site memberships will be available. Registration includes a grilled or box lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
