Bushnell Scores Two Outdoor Life Gear Test Awards

Overland Park, Kan. - Bushnell Outdoor Products, an industry-leader in high performance sports optics and outdoor accessories for more than 60 years, has been awarded with two Outdoor Life Great Buy awards. The new Legend Ultra HD 3-9x 50mm riflescope and Legend Ultra HD 10x 25mm folding compact binocular earned the Great Buy awards in the riflescope and mid-size binocular categories, respectively.

Each winter, the Outdoor Life test team gathers to evaluate the newest rifles, shotguns and hunting optics for its annual gear test. The Optics Test includes four categories: riflescopes, full-size binoculars, mid-size binoculars and spotting scopes. Each optic is rated based on optical quality, mechanical precision, low-light performance and through a subjective evaluation. Within each category, the optic with the highest cumulative scores earns the Editor's Choice award, and the top price/value scoring optic gets the Great Buy award.
