Madison, NC - Para USA, LLC., ("Para") is proud to announce that Team Para USA member Travis Tomasie won the United States Practical Shooting Association's (USPSA) Area 1 Championship.
Tomasie bested a field of 394 competitors in the match consisting of 12 courses of fire requiring over 300 rounds to be fired. The extremely competitive field of shooters included 20 Grand Master shooters and was held on April 26-29, 2012 in St. George, Utah.
"Para's all-steel, high-capacity receiver provides greater shoot ability, superior weight distribution and less felt-recoil to provide the competitive advantage that I demand," said Travis Tomasie of Para USA. "Combine these qualities with Para's legendary accuracy and you have a winning combination."
Tomasie competed in the match using a performance-class, single-action Para 16-40 pistol and Remington® UMC® Target ammunition. For more information on Para USA and their line of innovative pistols, please visit www.para-usa.com
