TRUGLO, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of archery and firearm accessories. We are seeking self motivated, experienced Inside Sales oriented individuals to join our team as full-time Inside Sales Representatives.
Three (3) or more years of Inside Sales experience.
Relevant training in Inside Sales.
Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
Experience in the Outdoor/Archery or Firearms industry considered a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Experience using SAGE MAS 200 considered a plus.
Outbound and inbound account management.
Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.
Provide phone support for customer service.
Responding to customer emails in a timely manner.
Become knowledgeable about all aspects of our product lines.
Assist in developing and improving processes/procedures.
Attendance may be required at industry tradeshows.
This position reports directly to management.
Job location - Richardson, TX
