Traditions Seeks National Sales Manager
Traditions™ Performance Firearms, a leading sporting goods company, is seeking a National Sales Manager to manage existing accounts and develop new accounts.

The position would be located at the company headquarters in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, but will involve extensive travel.

Additional Responsibilities include:
-Supervision of sales to all distributors and major accounts.
-Management of Sales Reps throughout the US and Canada.
-Analyze rep productivity, set sales goals, monitor performance.
-Work trade shows with sales reps.
-Assist in the development of new products in all categories.
-Provide market feedback and competitive research to product development team.
-Support new and current product development with foreign manufacturers.
-Interface with customer service department manager to improve customer service rep salesmanship.

Requirements:
a. Must reside in Connecticut
b. Five or more years experience in the Outdoors Industry
c. Aggressive, goal oriented
d. Interest in hunting and the outdoors
e. Looks to become integral part of upper management team
