Teacher Workshop to be Held at MS Visitor Education Center
JACKSON- The North Mississippi Fish Hatchery Visitor Education Center (VEC) adjacent to Enid Lake will host WOW! The Wonders of Wetlands, a teacher's workshop provided by the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science on April 28th. This WOW! Workshop (including CEU's) is FREE for teachers who live or work in the following counties: Yalobusha, Coahoma, DeSoto, Grenada, Panola, Quitman, Tallahatchie, Tate, and Tunica. For all others, there is a $15.00 registration fee for the workshop. Participants can earn .6 CEU credits from Mississippi College for an additional $10.00. Participants also receive the WOW! The Wonders of Wetlands Activity Guide.
