ACCOKEEK, MD (April 16, 2012) The Beretta Trident Program recently added its first waterfowl destination after Beretta reviewed and accepted the Trident rating earned by the Cheyenne Ridge North Platte Outpost property. This is the second property within the Cheyenne Ridge Outfitters group to be awarded a Beretta Trident rating.
Located in Nebraska on the North Platte River and along the Central Flyway, the North Platte Outpost enjoys one the county's great waterfowl migrations and sees hundreds of thousands of waterfowl each season.
"Not only is there an abundance of ducks and geese for hardcore waterfowlers, the Outpost offers one of the most unique lodge settings I've ever seen," said John Burrell, Executive Director of the Beretta Trident Concierge. The lodge occupies what was once a livestock auction house and although it has been fully converted, the lodge's main lounge is spread out over three levels that include the building's original auctioneer's stand, livestock display area and bidders pit.

About The Beretta Trident Program
The Beretta Trident Program is a unique, quality rating-system that provides an objective assessment of the complete guest experience at a sporting venue.
Branded by Beretta, the Trident Program is the first of its kind and requires venues to undergo a detailed and specific assessment of every area that can impact the guest experience. Tridents are awarded to designate the venue's level of excellence - similar to the Michelin Star program for fine dining.
The program will ultimately provide consumer confidence in the quality of the field sports, accommodations, and guest services when making a reservation with a Beretta Trident rated venue.
The Beretta Trident Program was conceived and developed by Sporting Heritage Corp, a field sport consultancy. SHC is responsible for conducting the evaluations, executing the brand qualification process, and ongoing quality assurance.
