Geotagging February 20 at Dunes
Learn how to share hiking adventures online with technology that combines photography and Global Position System (GPS) data at Indiana Dunes State Park's Geotagging Trek, Feb. 20, at 2 p.m.

Participants will learn how to "tag" photos using a GPS unit, and then upload them to hiking Web sites or social networking Web sites, enabling people to hike "virtually."

The trek begins at the Beach Pavilion, and follows Trail 3. There is no fee for this event.

For more information, contact the nature center at (219) 926-1390.

Park entrance fees of $5 per vehicle for Indiana residents and $10 per vehicle for non-residents will apply.
