STI International, Inc., an Employee Owned (ESOP) company since 2005, announced today that a search has begun to replace its' current President/CEO, David L. Skinner. After sixteen years in this second career, Mr. Skinner will remain as Chairman of the Board, while turning over the day to day executive and operational reins to a younger experienced professional. The company anticipates a very smooth transition.
