VERSUS Celebrates Best November Ever For Outdoor Programming
NEW YORK, NEW YORK-VERSUS earned its most-watched month ever for outdoor programming on the network in November 2009. Average viewership during Total Day (Mon-Sun 7 a.m. - 3 a.m.), throughout November surpassed last year's totals among average viewers by 37 percent. VERSUS also saw growth among all the key male demos during November with Men 18-34 (up 70%), Men 18-49 (up 59%) and Men 25-54 (up 70 %) all garnering significant increases.

Dramatic viewership growth for the month of November was spurred by VERSUS' weekend morning (Sat/Sun 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m.) and Friday night primetime outdoor programming blocks (7-11 p.m.). Average viewership for weekend mornings is up 27 percent, as compared to the same time period last year, with 175,000 average viewers. When compared to November 2008, Friday night primetime saw a 64-percent increase in viewership with an average of more than more than 280,000 viewers tuning-in as well as amazing triple-digit growth in viewership among Men 18-34 (up 102%) and Men 25-54 (up 128%), making the Friday night blocks the most-watched in network history.
