ABOUT: Please join us at the 38th annual SCI Convention, Jan. 20-23, 2010, in Reno, Nevada. This year's press room will feature the most up to date technology and more services than ever before in order for you to maximize communication, interviews and networking while meeting deadlines during Convention.
MANDATORY: Press credentials will only be issued to legitimate members of the media who are in attendance to cover this year's Convention. Please be advised that marketing representatives, advertising sales officials or anyone from a media organization who is not in attendance to provide media coverage or generate news stories, will be asked to register through normal Convention channels and will not be granted press credentials. Additionally, in an effort to make this the most effective Convention to date, and serve both journalists and exhibitors better, we will ask working media who are applying for a press credential to supply information confirming that they are, indeed, covering the event for qualified media outlets. By way of examples, we may ask for samples of previous news stories or a letter of introduction from their respective media outlet.
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. On-site registration is available during the show but credentials may not be available immediately upon request.
CONTACT: Questions about registration or credentials may be directed to Nelson Freeman, in the Washington, DC office at: (202) 543 - 8733 or
