Kentucky Afield Features Live Call-In Hunting Show
Frankfort, Kentucky - "Kentucky Afield" television airs live this Saturday night, November 7, for a special one-hour fall hunting call-in show.
Tune in at 8 p.m. Eastern, 7 p.m. Central to watch as experts from the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources join host Tim Farmer to field phone calls from hunters across the state. With modern gun deer season set to open statewide Nov. 14, questions on deer, elk, bear, waterfowl and small game are all welcomed. "We expect calls on just about everything," Farmer said. "Everyone appreciates a little question and answer session with the pros as they prepare for hunting season."
"Kentucky Afield" is a production of Kentucky Fish and Wildlife. It is the longest continuously running outdoor television show in the nation. Except for this weekend's call-in show, the program airs Saturday at 8:30 p.m. Eastern /7:30 p.m. Central and repeats Sunday at 4 p.m. Eastern/3 p.m. Central on KET 1.
