Alaskan Hunt to Benefit Under Broken Wings
The South Central Alaska Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) will hold its Third-Annual Charity Shoot on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at the Falcon Ridge Game Farm, Point Mac Kenzie, Alaska, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
According to Gereth Stillman, there are two ways to participate monetarily. You can sponsor birds for the club by donating $20 for each bird the club buys during this fundraising event or you can come out to Falcon Ridge and pay $30 per bird which will be planted in the field for you to hunt - your dog or ours.
Either way, your tax deductible contribution will benefit the Ruffed Grouse Society's Under Broken Wings Program, which provides quality hunting experiences for physically challenged and disadvantaged youngsters.
