HOUSTON, TEXAS – On the cusp of a significant product expansion, Primary Arms announces a new organizational structure dividing our optics products into four tiers, each tier with its own characteristics, each tier appropriate for different operational requirements. With so many exciting new scopes planned for 2019 release, we wanted a better way for our customers to keep track of our products and decide which optic is best for them.

The new product naming convention continues with a number or letter following the prefix which refers to the zoom ratio of the scope. For example, GLx4 series scopes are offered in 2.5-10x, 4-16x, and 6-24x variants, in which the maximum magnification is always 4x greater than the minimum magnification. The new SLxZ-25 red dot has Z for “zero” magnification and a 25mm viewing aperture. Overall, the four tier system includes:

Platinum Series (PLx)

The Platinum Series are flagship scopes manufactured in Japan with superior glass clarity and the best materials available. Advanced yet intuitive scope body features maximize the capability of the latest ACSS reticles found inside. Our PLx line stands toe-to-toe with leading low power variable and precision rifle scopes offered by other brands.

Gold Series (GLx)

Our all-new Gold Series scopes are engineered in Houston, Texas and constructed in the Philippines to our exacting standards. Packed with the latest technology and upgraded materials, GLx scopes provide elegant, intuitive solutions to classic challenges that every precision shooter must face.

Silver Series (SLx)

Silver Series optics are the heart of our lineup. These are the trusted optics that have built our reputation through the years. Although many SLx scopes will be familiar to Primary Arms fans, we are always pushing forward with new generations and adding even more options in response to the demands of our loyal customers.

Classic Series (CLx)

Classic Series proves that entry-level optics don’t have to be poor quality optics. CLx scopes are perfect for the budget conscious and the new shooter. We take the time to 100% inspect every product in our facility here in Houston to ensure you are receiving the highest quality product.
