MONROE, LA — The recently rebranded Open Season Sportsman’s Expo is adding a sixth event in 2021 as Monroe, Louisiana will welcome the series at the Monroe Civic Center. The inaugural Open Season Sportsman’s Expo in Monroe is set for Friday, February 26 through Sunday, February 28, 2021.

The Monroe Civic Center is a full-service, multi-purpose arena located in Monroe, Louisiana, that was home to the Monroe Moccasins ice hockey team and Louisiana Bayou Beast indoor football team.

"We are thrilled to bring this Show to Monroe and introduce our brand to the state of Louisiana,” said Chris O'Hara, Vertical Outdoor Director, Bonnier Events. “There is an abundance of water fowl and whitetail deer in Louisiana, along with some of the best fishing around, making the state a true hotbed for sportsman. Louisiana has such diverse habitats, ranging from costal marshes to pine forests in the northern part of the state, fueling the passion of hunters and fishers alike.”

The Louisiana Open Season Sportsman’s Expo will be filled with the latest products, gear and equipment for hunting, fishing and outdoor enthusiasts. Attendees can meet industry insiders and celebrities, attend educational seminars and demonstrations, test out the newest products, shop for special show deals.
