GetZone.com Adds Season 2 of Ruger American New Shooter Academy

Atlanta, GA – Ruger and Media Lodge have partnered to get new people involved in shooting sports for the Second Season of Ruger American New Shooter Academy, an original video series premiering onGetZone.com, the site dedicated to promoting safe shooting and responsible firearms ownership as well as ethical hunting and wildlife conservation.

Based on the successful viewer engagement of the premiere season, Ruger has renewed its title sponsorship of the American New Shooter Academy for a second season.

Ruger American New Shooter Academy, Season 2 follows a family of novice shooters as they engage in an intense firearms training course designed by an expert in the field.

In this 8-episode series, Mom, Dad, and kids will each learn the importance of gun safety and how it applies to their home and family life. Audiences will watch and learn as our featured family becomes familiar with different firearm sizes, calibers, and uses.

Additionally, they’ll discover the differences between and uses for handguns and rifles, dispel firearms myths and stigmas set forth in the movies, learn about family home defense and the proper reaction to situations that might require the use of a gun, react to the training they received and how it impacted their thoughts on gun safety. During their training, the family uses several Ruger pistols and rifles.

Season 2 of the series consists of 8 Episodes, of 5-9 minutes in length, and showcases every stage of the new shooters’ adventure and are now live on GetZone.com. Watch Here.
