Snatchko brings years of experience in the outdoor industry and will be responsible for maximizing category sales and profitability. With a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and consumer trends, Snatchko looks to deliver best-in-class products and go-to-market launch strategies for Ameristep, Barnett Crossbows, Barnett Youth Archery, and Bloodsport Archery.

While at Outtech Sales Agency, he served as General Manager and VP of Sales for the past seven years. Prior to his tenure at Outtech, Snatchko worked for Dick's Sporting Goods as a Merchant in Fitness and Hunting Buying Departments, and eCommerce Merchandising Manager for Hunting, Fishing, and Outdoor equipment.
