AGM Seeking Marketing Brand Manager

AGM Global Vision is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist and Brand Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall Marketing strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our marketing brand strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Attend educational conferences
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Initiate and drive product launches by coordinating (photography, copy, banners and social media push).
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Help plan and execute multi-level marketing approach to end-users, wholesalers and overall market.
  • Plan and oversee marketing schedule for press releases, events, tradeshows, product launches, media correspondents, and influencers.
  • Attending key industry events as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Social Media Specialist, Marketing Specialist or Brand Manager or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Ability to write copy for product launch, and for market approach
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience in the outdoor industry heavily recommended
