Beretta 92X Performance Competition Pistol

(Accokeek, MD) Beretta is excited to announce the debut of our new competition pistol, the Beretta 92X Performance, which was recently launched at the 2019 IWA Outdoor Classics in Nuremberg, Germany.

The North American debut of this high-performance pistol will occur in the Beretta booth (#6255) at the upcoming 2019 NRA Annual Meeting in Indianapolis, IN from April 26 to April 28.

The Beretta 92X Performance utilizes one of the most reliable and world-renowned operating systems. Combined with the technical advantages of its Vertec steel frame and a heavier Brigadier profile slide, you get a pistol specifically designed for power, speed, and accuracy.

To enable an even faster cycle time, the Beretta 92X Performance has a skeletonized hammer with a competition standard hammer spring. The new Extreme-S trigger mechanism decreases trigger reset by up to 40% while maintaining Beretta renowned safety features, ensuring the safety of the pistol in case it falls.

Weighing 2.98 lbs when unloaded, the steel frame and Brigadier slide of this competition pistol increases the pistol’s stability and reduces muzzle rise when shooting, allowing for faster split times and better recoil recovery when seconds count in the heat of competition.

The Beretta 92X Performance also features an ambidextrous frame safety that is available in three different profiles, which make it adaptable for various hand types and different IPSC divisions.

The pistol’s saw-toothed front and rear serrations on the slide and the checkering on the front and back-strap improve the shooters’ handling and ensure maximum grip during slide manipulation in all conditions.

Shipping with two 15-round magazines with included rubber bumpers, the magazines are designed to withstand fast magazine changes during the rigors of competition shooting.

The Beretta 92X Performance Production will be available in North America in late summer 2019 and retails for an MSRP of $1,399.
