Bend, OR – The new Nosler M48 Mountain Carbon Ultra Lightweight Rifle is the latest addition to Nosler’s high-performance rifle line. The Mountain Carbon is comprised of premium, lightweight components offering hunters supreme performance in a six-pound platform.

The Nosler Rifle Division spent the last few years watching the “Ultra-Lightweight” rifle market grow and develop into a complete niche of its own. With all this in mind, a plan was developed with experts from Ballistics Engineers, Carbon Fiber/Fiberglass Stock making experts as well as the industry’s authorities in Carbon wrapped barrels. Thus, was born the All NEW M48 Mountain Carbon Rifle. A Rifle with not just weight in mind, but accuracy and dependability that won’t break the bank.

Starting with the Nosler M48 bolt action mated to a match grade, cut rifled carbon wrapped barrel that is bedded into a Granite Green Ultra-light Mountain Hunter stock. All steel surfaces are then coated in Tungsten Grey Cerakote. The finished product comes in at 6 pounds with Sub MOA accuracy that is balanced with a feel like an extension of your arm.
